Cancellation/Refund Policy
We want you to shop with confidence. Here’s how cancellations and refunds work on our platform:
1. Cancellation Policy (For Our Own Products)
- You can cancel your order before it is shipped.
- Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled, but you can request a return after delivery (see our Returns Policy).
- To cancel an order, email us at kaavitrends@gmail.com with your Order ID and reason for cancellation.
Note: Custom-made or personalized items cannot be cancelled once the order is placed.
2. Refund Policy (For Our Own Products)
- If your return is approved, a refund will be initiated to your original payment method.
- Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
- If the product was damaged or incorrect, we’ll cover the return shipping. In all other cases, you may be responsible for return shipping charges.
3. Affiliate Products (Amazon, Flipkart & Meesho)
- Orders for affiliate products are placed directly with Amazon or Flipkart or Meesho.
- Cancellations, refunds and returns are handled according to their policies.
- We don’t control or process cancellations or refunds for affiliate products.
