Returns for Products Sold by Us

If you’ve bought a product sold directly by us (not through Amazon or Flipkart or Meesho), you can request a return within 7 days of delivery, provided:

• The product is unused, unopened and in its original packaging
• It’s in the same condition as you received it
• You have the order number and can share photos to kaavitrends@gmail.com (for damaged or incorrect items)

Once we receive the returned product and verify its condition, we’ll initiate your refund within 7–10 business days.

Returns for Amazon, Flipkart & Meesho Affiliate Products

Products purchased through Amazon or Flipkart or Meesho affiliate links on our website are fulfilled by their respective platforms. Therefore, their return and refund policies will apply.
